Paul & Sherica couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous spring day to be married.

Close friends, family, and interested passerby’s gathered to watch their Brewster Gardens ceremony.

Sherica was such a beautiful Bride, and Paul just beamed ear to ear as soon as he saw her. Once they locked eyes there was barely a moment they looked away from one another.

Steve and Kelly are ADORABLE.

Like, for real.

Starting with the way they smirk and giggle at each other (okay, Kelly might do most of the giggling…), to the loving, knowing glances I witnessed throughout the day, and then right down to every little detail in their Wedding day that they fit to perfectly reflect who they are.

Who are they? They’re happy, funny,  and truly sincere people. They’re people who love, and are loved by so, so many that not just two, but four, sincere, tear-inducing speeches were given during their reception. Each one a testimony of very specific reasons and instances that these two people impact the lives around them. There was even a plea for babies – and fast! (My favorite, so I’ll join the bandwagon on that one!! Yayyy Babies!!) Close ties of family and friendship were evident throughout the day, and the joy of their marriage was truly felt through both the laughter and tears from all that attended.

To say this Blog post is way overdue, is the understatement of the year!

Meeting deadlines is one of my pet peeves, but in November/December, with all the normal reasons for being busy, I also had wedding editing, album creations, and family Christmas sessions – my plate was FULL! So I chose to get the actual full Gallery done on time, and forgo the sneak peek – and these two were so awesome and patient about it!!

Everyone deserves their time to shine on the LmZ Blog though, so better late than never!

Anthony and Allison’s Wedding day was beautiful. Really, whole day was absolutely beautiful.

There’s nothing like being on my end, watching all the little things that makes a person’s wedding day play out so perfectly and lovingly… if I wasn’t already a hopeless romantic, photographing weddings would have certainly fixed that for me! ♥

The proud, almost teary eyed looks from father to daughter, looks of admiration and encouragement from sister to sister, that look, from the groom to his bride, where his eyes are doing more smiling than his face could ever manage…..  The willingness of everyone around, to help in whatever way they can to ensure a perfect, stress free day, and an overall feeling of complete and total love, happiness and support….

That’s the best description I can think of for Anthony & Allison’s Wedding Day.

The weekend’s storm left such a beautiful, snowy, tree covered backdrop for Michael & Tara’s engagement session. The sun was up, the skies were clear, and Tara’s Aunt’s home had some amazing photo opportunities inside as well.

I recently had the pleasure of a snow session with Dan & Jenna. It was one of our warmer, less windy days, thankfully, but still pretty darn chilly! They were both troopers though, and hung in there to get some amazing images, and I’m so thankful that they did!!

I just love these!

We walked, sat and even laid down in a fair amount of snow, stepped lightly on some icy patches…there was even a snowball fight!!

Today’s Blog catch-up brings us a familiar face on the Blog, website, and even Facebook of LmZ! I met this little guy as a little baby bump, and have had the pleasure of capturing him grow for two years now! He’s 2!

I know! I can’t believe it either!

This guy had an itinerary for the day…and I’m not sure I was on it, unless I was assisting in feeding the animals! Though he did pause to show me his muscles… kind of out of nowhere… and I did get some sneaky smiles and some eye contact with those baby blues!

I’ll take it!

What else is so awesome about catching up with the most handsome 2 year old at the local farm?

Being photo-bombed by a sheep! Ha!

I want to first and foremost thank all of you for your prayers for this family and for their sweet little “e”.

After our photo session, this happy go lucky little man spiked a high fever, seemingly out of nowhere, and ended up in intensive care! I’m sure it was such a scary time for the family, and I could only imagine what they were feeling… As I said though, you’re prayers were heard, even if you didn’t know the family, or what was going on. Little E is home and doing well, so I owe you all a great big

Along with little E, I also got to hang out with a budding little photographer, a future hero, and their awesome parents!

We laughed, played, did some duck watching, tree climbing, flower picking… You know, the usual!

It was so great to have been able to meet up and hang out with the Francis family, and capture their smiles and moments together… even greater hearing that the scare was over and little E was going home!

I’m sure Mom & Dad agree when I say there’ll be no more of that Mr!!

Weddings, what can I say…. I’m always so excited and just completely honored to be entrusted to capture such a special day in your life’s history. All the planning that comes down to this one day, the excitement, the nerves, the pretty people… and most importantly, the LOVE! Its so perfect when not only can you feel the love at a wedding…but you can see it! The sweet glances and gestures… gahhh I just love it; and I get to stand by and capture it all!

Erik & Krista’s Wedding day was no exception to all of the above!

Though the morning started out a little rough and unexpected for the girls, they all rallied around Krista, and Krista around them, and really enjoyed every moment of the day with laughs and smiles.

Even in the rain!

The ceremony followed suit, full of smiles and laughter, beautiful people…. and of course, so much love!

The reception was filled with even more sentiments of love, as their first dance started with special pre-recorded messages to each other, the Best Man and Maid of Honor shared memories and good advice, and Erik even grabbed the mic and sang his heart out to his new bride… & when the night was nearly over, they decided to change things up and celebrate in style!

So I’m running out the door, headed to our spend our last summer vacation weekend with the family, but I HAVE to quickly share this sneak peek with you all!

Baby Kieran is just the cutest little chubby cheeked little boy! He was such a cuddler too! Mom & Dad are lucky they were able to get me out the door! ;)

I don’t want to spoil too much, (and the family may be leaving without me right now) so this going to be a short peek!

I love those little baby toes, and, though not everyone is, I’m definitely a sucker for a good pouty face!

What can I say about Lindsey & Mike’s Wedding?

Well, Lindsey and Mike…. and I, were meant to be.

Ok, so some might argue that it’s just Lindsey and Mike who were really meant to be…and those people are probably pretty accurate! However, from the beautifully done rustic theme, to the Pinterest planning and idea boards, the flowers, the cake, the personalized little details, my favorite venue…. oh, & and the Irish music – I think I fell in love a little bit too!

The day was beautiful, and so was the Bride and all of her Bridesmaids! Capturing the thoughtful details that went into the preparation of the day was too easy, as Lindsey and her mother had even planned ahead for that; moving furniture and all!

Mike’s grin was ear to ear the moment he saw his Bride, and Lindsey’s nerves seemed to vanish to a radiant smile as soon as she was able to locked eyes with him. Her giggles during the ceremony only added another (however unplanned) personal touch to their Wedding day.

Nearing the end of their first dance as husband and wife, both sets of parents walked up to them on the dance floor, and, in group hug formation, and slowly danced with them for just a minute or two. This small, simple gesture, had me nearly in tears! Just an amazing showing of love and support, in such a simple and perfect way.

Mike & Lindsey are a beautiful couple, who’s love seems to fill the room. They also have an amazing group of family & friends.

I can’t think of a better way to start off a marriage!
